Renovation and extension of a 1970s bungalow in the heart of the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This waterfront property occupies a particularly sensitive location and required a sensitive design approach to secure Planning Permission. The design maximised the properties wide water frontage and included large areas of glazing.
