HDS were commissioned by Huckleberry Developments to secure Planning Permission for 2 dwellings to replace an existing bungalow after 2 unsuccessful planning applications. While the dwellings were larger than what was sought previously planning permission was secured swiftly through the careful design approach undertaken. Technical services have been provided and the project is currently under construction. HDS enjoy working with local developers to secure innovative design proposals in constrained sites.
