In response to an exciting educational initiative by Bishop Luffa School, HDS designed a thoughtful development that fosters a calm and tranquil learning atmosphere. The design encompasses a series of small, modular buildings thoughtfully situated within beautifully landscaped grounds. Welcoming "gateway" buildings, featuring a reception/staff room and a classroom, will mark the entrance, while discreet secure fencing ensures safety around the gateway buildings and site perimeter. Additionally, five smaller buildings in the northern section will serve as an outdoor classroom, quiet room, prayer room, storage and boot room, and kitchen. The project incorporates a kitchen garden area and dense perimeter planting to enhance the overall landscaping. Addressing community feedback HDS worked proactively with the Local Planning Authority and key stake holders to secure Planning Permission for this unique development. HDS has a project management role for this exciting development to provide an inspiring learning environment.
