This home, originally constructed in the 1930s, underwent a significant transformation to become a beachfront escape. The renovation included reconfiguring the ground floor to create a large open plan space. The use of Crittall windows take advantage of the natural light and sea view. The exterior of the home was updated with a soft, light coloured render that sits comfortably within the natural surroundings. HDS was appointed from conception through to completion.
