This project involves demolishing the existing bungalow and constructing two new detached, two-storey dwellings, each with four bedrooms and three car parking spaces . The design makes efficient use of the site while respecting the character of the conservation area.
The materials used include: brick, an off-white render, vertical and horizontal larch cladding, and slate roof tiles. The interior layout provides spacious, light-filled contemporary accommodation with an attention to detail. HDS was appointed from inception to completion including marketing and interior design.
