This large 1950s dwelling and pool house located within the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty was dated and required a complete renovation to provide contemporary accommodation for a young family. The traditional tile hanging was replaced with refined timber cladding and the brick was transformed with sleek render. The roofs were tiled with slate and the new pool house features dark grey powder-coated aluminium cladding. Full-height windows flood the house with light and transform the interior. The incorporation of a luxurious 3-bedroom annex beautifully blends form and function. HDS was appointed from inception through to completion.
